All orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched the very next day and will be delivered within 3-6 days depending on region code.

We don't offer return of products, but we are happy to exchange in case of any manufacturing defects.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

For orders that have not yet been dispatched, rest assured that we will promptly cancel your order and process a refund within 3-5 business days.

In the event that you require an exchange for your purchase, we kindly request that you reach out to us within 48-72 hours from the date of delivery via email at hammerheartthreads.com. Please be aware that due to limited stock availability, exchange options may vary.

Please note that for exchanged items to be dispatched, they must first undergo a rigorous quality inspection upon receipt by our team. The shipping expenses for exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer. However, in cases of manufacturing defects, we will gladly arrange for pickup at our own expense.
